Cools and lubricates machine operations minimizing heat distortion and reduces abrasive wear. Contributes to prolonged tool wear and quality finishes. Does not smoke. To be used on steel, cast iron, aluminum, brass, bronze, copper and stainless steel. Synthetic is dilutable:
Heavy-duty: 1:5-10 dilution: broaching, tapping, threading, gear shaving. Medium-duty: 1:10-20 dilution: cutting, drilling, reaming, milling, boring, turning, shaving, sawing. Light-duty: 1:20-30 dilution: form grinding and surface grinding. |
